About US

Our Story

“ITAC has been successfully developing and delivering training programs to members of the insurance industry since 1994. Suzy Maclellan who owns and manages ITAC Inc. has been in the industry since 1983. Prior to starting ITAC in October of 1998, Suzanne was the Training Consultant for Royal & SunAlliance. She also owned several Insurance Brokerages so has an intimate knowledge of the training needs of Insurance Brokers. Her time at both the Insurer and Brokerage level and her love of training and coaching inspired her to start ITAC.

Suzanne has her CIP and FCIP from the Insurance Institute of Canada, as well as a Certificate of Risk Management from the Society of Risk Managers. Suzanne also has her LLQP designation and is working towards her CFP.
