These courses are designed to prepare the participants to write the national IBAC examinations. We offer courses for all four levels of the CAIB program. Most provinces and territories use CAIB exams to satisfy licensing requirements. CAIB 1 will satisfy the Level 1 license. For the Level 2 license, you will need CAIB 2 & 3. Lastly, CAIB 4 will satisfy the Level 3 license.
Our courses are self-paced so that you can study in your own time. Course materials includes, assignments, quizzes, videos, practice exams and access to live webinars.

Program Outline
CAIB Level I - Personal Lines Insurance Coverage
Level I explores all aspects of Personal Lines Insurance Coverage. Topics covered include Government Regulation, Homeowner’s wordings and extensions, farm coverage, automobile insurance & endorsements and broker ethics.
CAIB Level II - Commercial Property Coverage
Level II explores many aspects of Commercial Property Coverage. Topics covered include risk assessment, named perils & general form wordings & extensions, transportation & contractors’ coverages, and crime & business interruption.
CAIB Level III - Commercial Lines Coverage
Level III advances further into Commercial Lines Coverage. Topics covered include the law & liability exposures, the Commercial General Liability (CGL) wording and other liability wordings, marine cargo & aviation insurance, surety bonds and risk management.
CAIB Level IV - Managing an Insurance Brokerage
Level IV explores the many aspects of the management process within the insurance brokerage. Topics covered include the functions of planning, organizing, human resources management, leading, monitoring and customer relationship management. Also included are marketing, automation, technology and financing.
